Extreme Performance’s parts are for off road use only and are to be installed by qualified professionals.
Extreme Performance is not responsible for installation or application of any parts or intended use.
All precautions should be taken in the use and installation of all products purchased from Extreme Performance.

Extreme Performance will only accept returns within 30 days from the date of your invoice. There will be a 15%
restocking fee on all orders returned! It is mandatory to have an RGA number in order to return a product to Extreme
Performance. Extreme Performance will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RGA number. Customers
should prominently display the RGA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the return product. Used parts
cannot be returned or exchanged. Parts may be exchanged for size/or configurations as long as the above criteria is met.
The customer will be responsible for all and any shipping charges for the return or exchanged items. There are no returns
on all electrical items or any special items.

How do I return a part?

Go to or contact Extreme Performance at (909) 887-8000.
Fill out return authorization form.
E-mail form to us.
Wait for conformation number to be e-mailed to you.
Include confirmation and invoice.
Package parts carefully. Display RGA number on outside of box.
Ship package to:

If the package is delivered to you in damaged condition you have the option to refuse that delivery. If you do receive a
damaged package please contact us immediately at (909) 887-8000 we will contact the freight carrier and file a claim. Do
save all boxes and packing material for inspection by the freight carrier. Once a damaged claim is made and accepted a
claim number will be generated and we will work on reprocessing your order for the lost or damaged items. Please contact
us if you need assistance in a lost or damaged claim.

Extreme Performance's parts warranty material and workmanship defects under the soul discretion of Extreme Performance. Parts
to be covered under the warranty must be sent back to Extreme Performance for inspection. All other manufacture's warranties
will be honored as stated by that individual manufacturer.

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Large or heavy items that have to be crated, like engines, custom frames or
roll cages will take longer then the usual 24 to 48 hours to ship from our facility. You may choose either FEDEX, US Postal
Service to ship your order. We suggest choosing a shipping method that will provide a tracking number for better order shipping
and delivery tracking. Please feel free to contact us if you have any shipping questions.

Before any items can be returned a restock authorization (RSA) number has to be obtained. Please contact us and provide the
original order number and the reason for the return. We will then assign an RSA number which has to be noted in the packaging
and on the shipping label when your item is returned. Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items. All
items have a 30 day return policy with the following exception:

Roll cages
Any item(s) that was custom made by us or one of our venders

All items have to be in resalable condition when returned to our facility. We strongly suggest repackaging your items well for the
return shipment. Only the purchase price less our charges if applicable will be refunded. Shipping costs is not part of the refund.
