Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Large or heavy items that have to be crated, like engines, custom frames or roll cages will take longer then the usual 24 to 48 hours to ship from our facility. You may choose either UPS, FEDEX, US Postal Service to ship your order. We suggest choosing a shipping method that will provide a tracking number for better order shipping and delivery tracking. Please feel free to contact us if you have any shipping questions.
Return Policy:
Before any items can be returned a restock authorization (RSA) number has to be obtained. Please contact us and provide the original order number and the reason for the return. We will then assign an RSA number which has to be noted in the packaging and on the shipping label when your item is returned. Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items. All items have a 30 day return policy with the following exception:
- Engines
- Chassis
- Roll cages
- Coil Covers
- Any item(s) that was custom made by us or one of our venders
All items have to be in resalable condition when returned to our facility. We strongly suggest repackaging your items well for the return shipment. Only the purchase price less our charges if applicable will be refunded. Shipping costs is not part of the refund.
